Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. and ADVICS Co., Ltd. will jointly exhibit at the 2014 North American International Auto Show (also known as the "Detroit Motor Show") from Monday, January 13 through Sunday, January 26, 2014 at the COBO Center in Detroit, Michigan, USA.
The themes of this exhibition will be "Fuel Efficiency," "Safety," and "Comfort and Convenience."
On the theme of fuel efficiency, we will present a special exhibition area for hybrid vehicle-oriented products, including an electric water pump for cooling the engine , variable valve transmission (VVT) with intermediate lock mechanism, and regenerative braking system. These AISIN Group solutions for hybrid vehicles will be displayed as an integrated system to maximize appeal.
With regard to safety, we will present a driving simulator that enables visitors to experience first-hand AISIN Group technologies that contribute to a safer automotive society. These include our intelligent parking assist system, car navigation system, distraction alarm, automatic brake, and other technologies that maximize safety while driving.
On the theme of comfort and convenience, we will offer participants a chance to experience our new panoramic sunroof, with an extra-large aperture for a feeling of liberation and all-glass roof composition for an even more terrific look.
This exhibition will also feature the US debut of a next-generation demonstration vehicle outfitted with the latest innovations from the AISIN Group, effectively displaying the Group's combined competencies with a wide range of products from parts to entire units.
